One of the crucial problems regarding anterior Implant restorations is the periimplantary soft tissue integrity in terms of esthetics. Sometimes, although a complete osseointegration is provided, the Pink&White esthetics is not properly accomplished. Biological width hypothesis is very important in this context and has gained support in recent years.
